Welcome to my 3rd series, if this is your first time reading my blog, my prayer is that you be blessed. I ended my 2nd series thanking God for bringing me through some difficult times. I have never been put in a position where the only thing I could do was depend on God. I am grateful for the opportunity to experience His compassion, rest in His arms, and love Him more. I have now made it through my 2nd chemo treatment. (2 down 10 more to go). Richard was driving me home from having my chemo pump removed. (Remember my chemo treatments are on Tuesdays and a chemo pump is connected to my port before I leave, then on Thursday I have my chemo pump removed). It is a blessing to be able to ride to and from the doctor’s office sitting up in the car seat. What a blessing to have my drainage tube removed. (Just grateful for the little things in life). We were almost home and my phone rings and it’s an unlisted number, usually, I just let the phone ring, but I answered it this time. It was a publisher. I don’t know if this was someone I had called earlier or what. I did a lot of business from my sofa under the influence of pain medication, pain, and with a lot of time on my hand. I know I ordered a complete wardrobe of tops to cover my stoma bag (so I thought), my stoma bag hangs down pretty far. I couldn’t tell laying down. I should have measured before ordering, but hindsight is always 20/20. I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye. Psalm 32:8. Back to the publisher.
